Aap phele usse liquid foods se start kare jaise ki dal, rice water , fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups etc , jab woh settle ho ache and used too ho jaye aap gradually usse semi solid and ,mashed foods de sakte hai jaise ki steamed vegetables, fruit pulp, kichidi, home made cerealc mix, ragi , suji porridge etc
