hey iam mother of 4 months old baby boy. I was given epidural during my labor time. Iam facing Lower back pain and pain in my legs sometimes. Is there any remedy for this?

A. if you are having some back pain after your Cesarean section this is common and gradually it will go you can now start with some gradual exercises facially back extension exercises
