Hey, I have osteoporosis, I'm under medical treatment but I need to take something extra that boosts bones health, any recommendations what should I try?

A. food rich in calcium and regular sunlight and vitamin D kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
