Okay I will tell you to things do moderation into your diet healthy moderation is into your diet and go for intermittent fasting start with 12 to 16 hours minimum if you are very serious or losing audio me then you would have to go for 16 hours intermittent fasting and if you do walk morning and evening regularly I am Bhavya sure that within one month of time you’ll see good changes in your body specially inch wise
