hey Doctor, which food better in 10 month old baby

A. dear parent, for 10 months old baby, you can give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach. add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense

A. My baby completed 9 months and very active but still not crawling nor trying to get up nor standing im worried

A. hi, as the baby is only 9 months, please prefer mashed form of fruits and vegetables, or soup of vegetables and fresh juices (not packaged). Give him home made Cerelac, Dalia/ oats, Khichdi, Suji dishes, Mashed and Crushed Roti (if min 4 teeths appeared). thanks and not to forget breast milk feeding which is very essential till 1 month.
