Hey doctor , My son is 3 years 9 months old.He is neither hold the pencil nor he understand what I ask .Even he repeat all the words like what is this ?he repeat it but not answered.Is there anything for worry about him?

I think your child is in the early age to hold a pencil at this is there not very good you have to keep helping your child and that’s going to be the writing to be done and also maybe your child does not know how to respond to a question you have to teach your child that what is an answer to a question so slowly your child is going to learn
