hey doctor..my baby is not eating anything not even milk from last 2 days ..please suggest why she is not eating.. I'm very much worried .please

Hello mom One of the very most common reasons for the toddler not to eat is one he is very much interested in playing and paying very less attention to the food apart from that it could be he is teething also the other main reason could be bloating or any sort of Tummy issues for which you have to find out or observe his stools
