Hey Doctor My 3year 10 month old son is very active. I feel he can't run properly and also not having proper diet during this covid 19 pendamic. what should I do

Hello ma’am What do you think what is the problem that your child is not able to run properly you must have noticed something and if your child has not had proper meet me or not eating properly then you can consult your doctor for that and even if you feel that your child is having issue in running or something you need to get it checked with the doctor only
