hey doc i gave birth in nov it was a c sec i have many stretch marks all iver my body i have use stretch mark cream in my entire body but i cant see any difference i just get stressed every time i see myself

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil.
Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes.
Leave it on.
or ekse use vergin coconut oil daily.

mam ,it is common result of pregnancy.
usually they fade away by own.
but they will not disappear completely.
it is hard to get rid of them completely.
so what you can do is , apply bio oil or vitamin E oil on this part
or you can also rub pure aloe vera gel on this part too.
