Here weight is 10kg as day .. she eating thing ..3-4 meals still under weight

Your child is eating well still if the child is not gaining weight that means there is an issue either of digestion or your child is having some deficiency which is not letting the food getting absorbed and digested as it is meant to be so please check with your doctor and proceed with what your doctor has to recommend you on that
