A. Are you giving any supplement to the child specially when you given an iron supplement to the child there is a high possibility of the teeth getting stain so it could be associated with that otherwise start brushing the teeth of the child to maintain proper hygiene you should use proper toothpaste and toothbrush like Babyhug
