Mam without a physical assessment or a picture is difficult to say whether it’s genuinely like this or this is genuinely a problem it is just for the typing so it’s good for you to take a physical assessment with your doctor regarding the issue that you are saying that’s going to be helpful in understanding this genuinely a problem that you need to address
