help doctor! I am 8th month pregnant I am unable to sleep on either of my sides more than 10- 15 mints I feel comfortable when I sleep on my back but I read a news that when we sleep on our back baby will suffocate and oxygen supply to the baby is low is it correct ? then tell me which sleeping position is best

A. There is no harm in sleeping on your back but it will not suffocate the baby but rather make you feel dizzy because of compression of the vein.This situation is appropriate for a pregnancy pillow.
