Q.

#asktheexpert I'm in my 27th week but can i sleep straight? sleeping straight is more comfortable than sleeping on sides let me know on this

A. You can switch to any position you feel comfortable in but yeah you can try not to sleep in the same position for a long duration.

A. ok no problem can sleep any comfortable position. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
