helooo dr neri beti ke right leg ki thigh pe baltodh (dana) nikal raha ha wo kisi ko touch nhi krne de rahi hai or na he khadiho paa rahi ha kal raat ko humne uske pairo oe sumag ki patti lagai thi jo thodi der baad nikal di thi kyuki usko bahut jyada pain hone laga tha pls suggest me a medicine sir jisse usko jaldi relief mil jye

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection wxhich has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
