Helo, while firat pregnancy the mothers blood group is o positive and father blood group is o negative,is there any problem for normal delivery and only c section is any option.what precautions we need to take for normal delivery.please guide

for my baby which blood group will come.if incase my hubby blood group is o negative,even for my baby blood group also o negative ,is there any effect my blood group is o positive
