ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Talk to your doctor and ask her to prescribe some syrup instead of tablet and through your diet drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day and gave more fruits and at night you can add little desi ghee in warm milk and drink it
