helo. my baby is 11 months & 25 days old .please suggest me balanced weight gaining diet for him..as i give him three times meal such as in brakfast home made cerelac with fruit, in afternoon khichdi with curd..and in dinner ragi porridge/cerelac..apart from this sometimes i give him fruit smoothie in evening..

Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
