helo mam My daughter is one year 4 months old but her weight is 8 kg, how can I increase her weight, just suggest me

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child shouldd be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly and please give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members and add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products.
