Q.

helo mam i am naziya from Andhra Pradesh I need suggestion from u mam.my height 5.5 my weight before pregnancy is 79 kgs and during pregnancy 92 kgs mam after six months of my delivery my weight is 87 mam I am not reducing weight.if any suggestions from u mam while reducing tummy, weight mam.and also I have a low BP weakness mam plz suggest me healthy food mam

A. Hello mom during pregnancy and within the 6 months you have reduced some weight we your body has undergone a lot it takes time and you need to be mindful of what you are consuming , have some coconut water , fresh fruits Which are seasonal and locally available, have healthy diet and avoid too much sugary and refined and processed foods as well

A. hello ypu need to do walking and also excercise along with a well balanced food in the diet which can help to reduce your weight and also helps to keep you healthy and fit also and and you can check my group fitness and Nutrition which can be helpful
