ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist8 months agoA. Hello dear Just regular walking itself will help but don’t expect immediate results. Consult your doctor so that she can do a pelvic exam and do sweeping of membranes to induce labor

Ma’am you should practically not do anything if you do not get your labour pay by the time of six March and if you’re concerned then you can ask your doctor for a check up when you can get a sweep stretch done that is going to help in opening up the labour within 24 hours to 48 hours
