Q.

Helo!!!! I have cold nd cough... When I try to remove mucous frm the nose.... I tend to feel fall on the floor like chakkar aana nd want support..... After 5 mins, it gets normal... what is it??

A. hi ji ,aamtor pe blood pressure low hota jata he tab aesa hota he ya fir ,vitamins aur minerals ki kami karan aesa hota he to please apne aap ko achhese hydrate rkhe nimbupani , nariyal pani aadi din me ek bar jrur le. khane me iron aur calcium ,vitamin b12 se bhara aahar jrur le.
