Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby weight is mainly depends upon the birth weight and it should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and thrice the birth weight in one year and also gain 500-800 gms weight in a month and also you should give baby one egg chicken soup ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy in diet.
