most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergyf

This is even more like a mosquito bite to me so you can apply coconut oil onto that again this is going to settle down over the period and still if you see that there is a problem with your child having pain or something then you can just take an advice with your treating doctor on that they would be able to diagnose the issue well enough but mostly it is looking like a mosquito bite on
