helo doctor I am lactating mother recently I started neck pain wrist, back and also hip pain my skin gets dull some sort of pigmentation appears on my cheeks I feel lazy can you help me what is the reason

I think it is due to lack of supplements in the body you may be feeding your child maybe you not eating well you’re not taking proper care of your health and that can be a reason that you were feeling all the other issues that you have mentioned into your question it’s going to be good for you to check with your doctor physically once and that this is what they figure out they’ll be able to help you with the right supplements and medication if you need to take any for yourself
