Hellooo Dr, I am the mother of 1 month baby boy, i had normal delivery.. i want to loose my weight, when should i start workouts and diet wish u will reply as soon as possible!

A. If all your episiotomy wounds have healed completely then you can start working out as early as six weeks after giving birth but don’t do any portion control until a minimum of six months or as long as you exclusively breast-feed your babyWrite Your Answer Here
