Helloo ..iam planned to get pregnancy in this month.from last 10 days I had seseme seeds with jaggery...is there any problem in early pregnancy with these..please respond...thanks in advance..

A. no its ok. now stop it as sesame is warm in nature as per ayurveda. and take lots of water n cucumber sp that yiy can beat the heat in you
