helloo.i am mother of 2 month old baby . should I always wear sweater ..if i didn't wear ll i become fat ??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nothing like that, wear weather appropriately clothes only. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables, Nuts in diet. Fresh fruits, all dairy products. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
