helloo dr. my child hav a fever 102 but he is telling I m ok but body is hot what is the meaning I don't understand please let me know should I give medicine for fever or not he is telling m ok I don't need medicine also

A. dear mom. if tge temprature records 102 F and you feel his skin hot or warm, do givehim paracetomol inright dose.. gice him lots of fluids and adequate rest. ok
