Helloo doctor, after c section delivery can I eat colostrum milk (junnu) ? 5th month complete huva meri baby breast feeding karthum hi mi junnu khasakhthum kya?

A. Yes you can it is the first milk and if you are talking about yourself then yes but don't give to the baby if you are talking about the milk of cow and keep feeding your baby well
