ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, from 8th month onwards, you can start giving eggs to your baby. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. Always give well cooked egg.

Now your baby is seven months old and if you want to start giving egg then it is totally safe so you can start giving it now. Egg is considered as very healthy for baby so you can give one egg per day to your baby. And you can introduce both white and yellow part to your baby
