Hello we are trying to conceive and today is my period due but I did get my period and from last week my breasts grown bigger and experiencing lower abdominal pain some times from last 2 weeks and m very tired from past few days, it this sign of pregnancy can I travel ?

Hi mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Stay hydrated Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Give adequate water Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
