hello today my daughter completed 3months .she weighs 6.5kg...she has cold but suddenly she got dry cough since last 2-3days...what can be given for coughing? she is only on breastfeeding...

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 3 months of age for cough we can give ambrodil drops to the baby 0.5 ml 2 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
