Hello to the experts & the experienced ones, I've a very basic question which I wish to clarify. Does mother's diet & schedule affect the the quality & quantity of milk? Also supplements like Shatari/Shatavari to increase the quantity of milk is good to intake? Does it impact the quality?

A. Hello mam Yes , the kind of food a mother have does affect her milk quality and quantity and so does shatavari powder helps Ajwain, jeera, saunf, methidana seeds, green leafy vegetables specially methi, green vegetable, milk, paneer, oats, daliya with milk and jaggery, daliya with dal, dal, soya, dry fruits, makhana in the diet will help to improve quality and quantity of milk Water 3l per day

Yes It does affect the quality and quantity both but more or less it affects the quality not quantity second of all the supplements are quite helpful to an extent but they do not have any hundred percent guarantee of increasing your lactation and your appetite does make a lot of difference for sure
