Hello this is Monika. I am a mother of premature baby boy & My son is 6 months 24 days old. Actually he has teething problems like swelling in gums, So I want to know about the food, what kind of food i should start and in How much quantity in a day ??

A. hi give paelo diet it means ,soft and easy to eat food items. give frozen veggies ie. cucumber, boiled carrots , fruits slices to chew which help to soothe teething pain. you may provide silicone teether like Babyhug silicone teether
