hello there. my son is 5 me months old and his urine is a bit yellowish in colour. is this a matter of concern? pls guide thanks in advance

A. love parent your kids 5 months old passing yellow coloured urine is a sign of dehydration you need to give more oral fluids like frequent breast feeding watch for wt pattern
