Hello There is small acne / pimples appear on my baby butt. is it because i introduce similac advance? please suggest how it will be cure?

A. no it can be due to heat or diaper you are using for baby, maintain the room temperature it should be same throughout the day and night and if baby sweats a lot then you can apply baby powder on the area and check the diaper size .
