Hello there Due to pandemic, I couldn't expose my daughter to sunlight. Hence can we advise what can be substitute for D Vitamin either food or syrup like wise any multi vitamin syrup

A. Hello mom you do get vitamin D syrups that can be given , but the most best and cheapest source is sunlight even a little coming in the house you can expose it to the child you get fortified vitamin D foods that can be given ,you have fatty fish , cheese , eggs yolk ,some mushrooms
