Hello the milk flow of my breasts is very fast.. it overflows all d time. so if i feed baby in side lying position he drinks more comfortably than upright position. what should i do??

You and your child both are comfortable in lying down position while giving and taking a feed then you can continue in the same position it is not an issue see what matters is that the child should be comfortable the mother should be comfortable while giving a free so if that way your child is sleeping peacefully also that it is perfectly alright no need to worry about it
