Hello sir whenevr Mridul extract tooth .he got cough nd fever.it goes for week to 10 days.what to do

A. fever cough cold or vomit is normal during teething. you will observe whenever a tooth appears child is not well. child also looses appetite and weight during teething. you can start homeopathic medicine or any calcium tablets for teething. give vitamin C rich food to build immunity. keep him well hydrated.
