Give protein in every 3 main meals that is in breakfast,lunch, dinner you can give pulses,paneer,curd,buttermilk,egg.During midmorning and evening try to give some fresh fruits or shakes, wraps and rolls or makhanna, peanut are good options to increase weight.Also introduce soaked almonds,walnuts and kishmish/munakka in early morning.Keep him hydrated with all types of flyid like coconut water,lemon water, watermelon juice, any fresh fruit juice etc. This will definitely help in the proper growth of your child.
