Hello sir Sir my daughter is 6 years old and she is not active in playing. She is tired everytime and feel pain in her legs and feet. She wants to play but can't play much.

A. Hi dear good morning best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
