Hello Sir, My son will be 3years on August 6th and he is 11kg. But as per his age his weight should be 14kg. Although he is a very active kid but I'm bit worried for his weight. Kindly guide me on this. Thank you.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Yes the weight gain is quite less for the child so in this case I can only guide you to consult a nutrition expert for a proper diet plan and it would be required to be given to the child and also increase both veg and non-veg protein for the child
