hello sir my son says legs pain and he is so week. and food not eat completely he is 3 years 9 months please tell me some solution

A. Namaste Mom Make sure his diet includes food from varied food groups as such Massages and morning sunlight exposure would be helpful include foods such as milk panner ghee eggs if preferred also green leafy vegetables mushrooms ragi dals chana lobia etc
