Q.

hello sir my son ismail is 5yrs old and he has a fever, cold from afternoon I gave him crocin syrup but the fever is not coming down it is 102.8after 4hrs i gave him meftal but the fever is not coming down. iam getting much worried. can i use justin 25 tablet . or what else sir pls guide me.

A. not required repeat the dose every 3 to , 4 hourly if the baby is not responding to pcm good ve meftal In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
