A. hi the treatment for sinusitis should be done properly so I advise to visit your pediatrician for once because antibiotics (usually penicillin ) are the most common treatment is given. but please don't self medicate your child. Ask your pediatrician to prescribe peracetamol doses which helps to ease pain . Normal Nasal saline drops or washes can help with congestion. you can give Luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. keep your child well hydrated warm salt water gargling is also best.
