Hello sir, My son is 3 years old But his weight is only 10 kg. He eat all the things but weight not gain. I ask this question many times but didn't get any reply.

Yes the weight of ur baby is on the lower side.
For weight gain add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi etc.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Give milk around 500 ml in a day
