hello sir, my son is 20 months old and I am seeing his eyes swollen like seen in the attached pics. the swelling is more than seen in the pics. please suggest the reason and remedy for it. also his weight is just 9 kg but his birth weight was 3.25 kg. is it normal? please guide me for it too.

There is no picture available in your questions of difficult to understand but what you say does not seem very good to me which is why I would suggest you to have a physical assessment of your child either with your paediatrician or an eye specialist to have a clarity on the situation
