hello sir.....my son has mucuos type liquid motions and some time greenish and some time yellowish motions he does .... so please suggest something

it could be food reaction or result of cold and cough or Infection.
so please keep an eye out your child diet.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
keep your child well hydrated.
visit your pediatrician for once.
