hello sir my son doing well now for 3 months old boy we went to the doctor for checkup and the doctor did a 2D echo test and said that there was a hole in 3mm size hole in the heart. what does the doctor says don't get tense, that hole by disappeared by it's self it's scary me, tell me clearly please

A. Okay so I would just like to clarify this thing that I cannot give you hundred percent assurance on anything because that is going to be completely dependent on to the reports of the child but what your doctor is trying to tell you is that in a lot of cases it has been seen that the whole of the heart if it is as small as 3MM it can actually get filled up on its own or rather it gets closes on its own with the passage of time so right now there is nothing for you to be worried if the reports would have shown anything of the sort with was a matter of concern the doctor would have advised you accordingly but right now your doctor says that it is not going to have any negative impact on you can relax on that part but just keep following up with your doctor
